Upgrade to the Alice Servlet

• AliceMods.zip (01/28/03) - Changes to the Alice servlet to allow ip address logging, maple process timeouts, improved reporting and handling of broken processes, and better maple process termination in some situations. See the included readme file for details. This should work under Windows 2000. It has been tested with both Maple 7, 8, and 9. It does not work with Win9x.
